Hi, my name is Aaron and I am the owner of Anthem Wedding Films. My professional career as a freelance filmmaker began in 2015 during my sophomore year of studying video production at the University of Valley Forge. Since then I have worked with the likes of LTMedia, The NFL, The Band Perry, Cassadee Pope, gubernatorial campaigns and the Sundance Film Festival winning production company, Smash Entertainment.
Born and raised in Northern Maine, I always assumed that I would grow up to farm potatoes or have some desk job. Now there isn’t any wrong with these jobs at all. In fact, I enjoy potatoes and sitting more than anyone but my fear came from the idea that I would be wasting the ideas and creativity that God had given me. And so…
I blindly jumped in.
Anthem Wedding Films wasn’t a computer generated name. The definition of the word ‘anthem’ means, “an uplifting song or piece of music identified with a particular group, body, or cause”. This couldn’t encapsulate my vision for Anthem any better. I take pride in allowing music to be the driving force of how each film looks, sounds, and feels. My rule of thumb is that great wedding films shouldn’t just make the couple feel the emotions and immensity of that day but should cause every single viewer to feel those emotions as well.
